Here I discovered a brown Le Foulonné briefcase for £80. I love the look and the feel of the leather grain. I use it currently for storing the deeds for our house in France.!
I’ve also found a darling French soup tureen, a plate for serving oysters and some wonderful (new) blue & white striped French tea towels.
The only issue now is that as I continue my (lengthy) preparations for my move to France, I need to declutter, not buy more things. So I have resisted the urge to visit this year. But it’s very hard to resist that temptation.

I do love vintage shopping, Laure – long before it became fashionable.
There is a wonderful vintage shop called Weathered & Worn in Hadlow, Kent.
