Very interesting observations. I've never lived in Paris, but have spent a lot of time there, and one daughter lives there. I think making friends as an adult, even a young adult, is a challenge everywhere in France, and certainly in other countries too.
Yes I find it interesting too. By a mature age life gets very full and to find time and emotions beyond what’s required for existing friends and family can be challenging. Few are looking to squeeze in more friends.
