I have a love of France. I currently work with Le Cordon Bleu International as the Academic Manager for Online Learning Short courses. Ideally, I spend a few months each year between the UK and France. I’ve been a published writer and photographer for 30 years and hold a Masters of Gastronomic Tourism.
