With the realisation that we are closing in on our third year in Bordeaux wine country came the reality of the situation - our visas are due to expire. How can two Australians manage to stay in France and run a new business?
It’s no surprise that one of the first things on our guests ‘to do’ list is to spend a day or two doing some wine tasting. How could it be, when our boutique hotel is sitting in the middle of a lush Bordeaux vineyard, in one of the world’s most famous wine regions?
