My husband & I are retired Wine importers and distributors. In 2010, after 28 years with our own business in Minneapolis, we retired to the Napa Valley where several years earlier, we had bought a house next to Schramsburg Winery overlooking Larkmead Vineyards. Marty grew up in San Francisco and I in Minneapolis…..As beautiful a city as Minneapolis is, retirement would not include staying in the snowy cold of MN. We traveled the world for business and pleasure with France, Italy, South Africa, Kenya & Tanzania being among our favorite stops. In 2016-17 we enjoyed housesitting at a vineyard Chateau in Provence and at a lovely manor house in England. We have now returned in December 2018, to live for a year in the Provencal village of Cotignac, where we have rented a 17th century stone farm house. We travel with our sturdy little Westie, Brix.
