Australian, 61 years old (at time of writing  – 2016), father of two sons, separated.  Managed to return to school teaching about 4 years ago after teaching adults in community ed centres for about 13 years.  (Lost my last teaching job – nothing to do with quality of my teaching, potential accusers!) Don’t call myself a francophile – never been ‘éperdument passionné des Français’. More of a love/hate thing.  Never really understand the blind love some Aussies have for things French.
