‘Le Tour de France’ wine tasting – photo essay

Tom Pietkiewicz- Tour de France - 01/07/13 - www.MyFrenchLife.org

Ah, le Tour, le Tour…

I just had breakfast at the European & City Wine Shop in Melbourne, and being a cyclist and a le Tour de France fan, I picked up a nice mixed dozen they put together to celebrate the Tour.

A great way to make the next month of viewing even more enjoyable.

Pity i did not know about this “mixed dozen” selection. I would have tried it.
Where do you ride Tom? Beach Rd? Kew Blvd? Kinglake? Dandenong?

On the beer front, for the Belgian beer fans, I know a great bottle shop on Lygon St where Chimay, Duvel,… are sometimes at really good prices (2 small bottles for 10$, 2 big ones for 22$).
