It all looks extremely peculiar. It reminds me of that famous and great tale “Le Petit Soldat de Plomb” (or maybe “The Steadfast Tin Soldier”) in which all the toys and figurines come to life when nobody is there to watch them…
I remember walking past the Printemps last year and taking that exact same picture of the dogs in the window! 😉 That was the year they had all the small “Mademoiselles” (miniature Coco Chanel dolls) in the same window display too. Great shots, Virginia. Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)
Beautiful pictures… I’m just wondering where they were taken exactly. It actually reminds me of the great window displays of the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. I particularly like the last picture with the little girl who seems to be lost in a dream…

Beaucoup de magie de Noël et d’humour !

Veronique,
Oui, I have the little “Cocos” as well. Perhaps I’ll post them on my blog tomorrow!
Thank you all for your kind comments!

Hannah,
THe second, fifth and sixth are Printemps who had the loveliest windows last year. The others were captured around Paris.
