For the past thirty years, there has been a Book Fair in the small town of Brive la Gaillarde in the south west of France (department of Corrèze). It takes place every year over three days in the first week end of November. It's the largest literary event in France after the Paris Book Fair.
Je suis allée à Lorient pour le Festival Interceltique. Le festival était très grand et dynamique. Ce qui m’a frappée, c’était une scène sur laquelle un chœur composé d’hommes âgés s’est présenté devant un public de toutes générations, mélangées et passionnées.
This November marks the second annual Paris to Provence festival to be held in South Yarra’s charming Como gardens. If last year’s event is anything to go by, then this weekend promises to be even more spectacular.
