Some enterprising Slow Food people have set up a company called Terroirs d’Avenir to help foodies access top of the line edibles from small producers. It’s all terribly cloak and dagger.
I just had breakfast at the European and City Wine Shop in Melbourne, and being a cyclist and a le Tour de France fan, I have picked up a nice mixed dozen they have put together to celebrate the Tour.
